Abstract：Analysis of examination paper is one main part of teaching work，which includes analysis of students’scores and analysis of the quality of the examination paper with a heavy workload．This paper analyzes each index of examination paper using statistical software SPSS，introduces operation steps，and produces needed tables for the results．The method is simple and operation is easy and provides basis for the evaluation of the teaching quality of colleges and universities．
