機(jī)械零件的檢測(cè)與誤差原因分析

摘    要
檢測(cè)是對(duì)機(jī)械零件中包括長(zhǎng)度、角度、粗糙度、幾何形狀和相互位置等尺寸的測(cè)量。機(jī)械零件的檢測(cè)極為重要，它是把握產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，檢測(cè)人員必須在充分準(zhǔn)備的基礎(chǔ)上按照程序進(jìn)行，并要分析誤差的產(chǎn)生原因。
　　
　  機(jī)械零件的技術(shù)要求很多, 它有幾何形狀、尺寸公差、形位公差、表面粗糙度、材質(zhì)的化學(xué)成份及硬度等。檢測(cè)時(shí)先從何處著手, 用哪些量具, 采用什么樣的先進(jìn)方法, 是檢測(cè)中技術(shù)性很強(qiáng)的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。為了使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信得過(guò), 避免出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)檢、誤檢和漏檢, 對(duì)此檢測(cè)人員應(yīng)遵守程序，做好各方面工作。

Detection is the point of mechanical parts include the length of the roughness geometry and measurement of the size of each location 。Detection of mechanical components is extremely important，It is the key to grasp the product quality, testing personnel must be fully prepared on the basis of in accordance with the procedures and to analyze the causes of errors。
The technical requirements of many machine parts。It has the geometric shape of form and position tolerance tolerance roughness, chemical composition and hardness。Detection start where to start with that kind of advanced measuring method adopted is to detect a problem in highly technical。In order to make the product quality reliable, to avoid false detection and missed fault inspection, inspectors shall comply with procedures for this work in all fields
