基于B/S模式的高校黨務管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

摘要： 本文對高校黨務管理信息系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)按照軟件工程理論思想進行了全程描述。
高校黨務管理系統(tǒng)是運用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)并對黨務信息實現(xiàn)了采集、整理、統(tǒng)計、匯總為一體的信息系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)分為五個子系統(tǒng)：黨員管理分系統(tǒng)：主要實現(xiàn)預備黨員、積極分子動態(tài)變動過程；黨務公文系統(tǒng)：實現(xiàn)文件的收發(fā)、信息發(fā)布、電子郵件管理功能；公用信息系統(tǒng)：實現(xiàn)對公告信息處理、整合等功能，黨組織對黨的理論研究和探討的信息處理；黨務管理分析系統(tǒng)綜合業(yè)務系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)統(tǒng)計計算、報表的編輯、修改及輸出等功能管理；黨務管理分系統(tǒng)：主要是實現(xiàn)黨組織的綜合數(shù)據(jù)管理，以及黨的對內(nèi)對外的黨務全程控制和輔助決策管理。
系統(tǒng)使用ASP技術(shù)，實現(xiàn)基于B/S 模式實現(xiàn)于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分布式大型信息管理系統(tǒng)，具有快捷易用的交互操作、智能化的分析決策等特點。

Abstract: This thesis described the whole procession of the development of college party management information systems in accordance with software engineering theory and the whole picture.
College party management system is used to achieve a party information collection, collation, statistics, integrated information systems for aggregation. system is divided into five subsystems : party management subsystems : major achievement for the party members and activists dynamic change process; Party official system : achieving document handling, information dissemination, e-mail management functions; Public information system : the achievement of notice information processing, integration, and other functions, the party's theoretical study and explore information processing; party analysis systems integrated operations management system for statistical computing, statements editing, modification, and export management functions; party management subsystems : the main party organizations to achieve integrated data management, and the party's domestic and foreign party overall control and management decision-making aids.
System uses ASP technology to achieve large distributed network model to achieve information management system, with the fast and user-friendly operation in the world, intelligent analysis of decision-making characteristics.
