多媒體發(fā)展之MPEG－4視頻編碼技術(shù)

摘 要：視頻編碼是多媒體通信中的核心技術(shù)，它不但關(guān)系到通信帶寬，也關(guān)系到通信過程中的圖像質(zhì)量。隨著多媒體技術(shù)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)的廣泛應(yīng)用，視頻編碼技術(shù)更加顯得重要。與之相適應(yīng)，各種多媒體數(shù)據(jù)壓縮編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也在不斷地發(fā)展和完善。MPEG—4是現(xiàn)在最重要最有影響的多媒體數(shù)據(jù)編碼國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一?；趯?duì)象的編碼思想使其具有高壓縮比、可擴(kuò)展性、可交互性等許多特點(diǎn)。本論文首先系統(tǒng)介紹了MPEG-4視頻編碼的核心思想，接著分析了MPEG-4的主要關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。然后通過四方面描述了MPEG-4的視頻特性，接下來簡述了MPEG-4的應(yīng)用場合，最后筆者提出了MPEG-4的應(yīng)用前景及未來展望。

Abstract: Video coding is multimedia communication of core technology, it not only relates to communication bandwidth, but also related to communication in the process of image quality. As the multimedia technology in the wide application of electronic networks, video coding technology is more important. Conesponding, all sorts of multimedia data compression coding standard is in constant development and improvement. MPEG - 4 is now the most important of the most influential one of multimedia data coding international standards. Based on object code thoughts make it has higher compression ratio, expansibility, interactivity and many other features. This paper firstly system introduced mpeg-4 video coding the core idea, then analyzes mpeg-4 key technology of. Then through four aspects described mpeg-4 of video characteristic, then describes the applications mpeg-4 last, the author puts forward the mpeg-4 prospect of application and future prospects.
