摘 要

本設(shè)計根據(jù)給定的原始資料及相關(guān)要求,進(jìn)行完整的北方地區(qū)某城市污水廠工藝設(shè)計。污水廠設(shè)計水量為150000m3/d,考慮自用水量(自用水量系數(shù)為1.3),則最大污水量為195000m3/d。
該污水處理廠工程分兩期建設(shè),包括污水的一級處理階段,廠區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)有污水二級處理工藝、中水回用工藝及污泥處理工藝。本設(shè)計對污水處理廠一級、 以及以 A2/O 法為主體的二級處理工藝流程的選擇給予說明,對具體污水及污泥構(gòu)筑物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)計算。A2/O工藝是缺氧-好氧生物脫氮工藝的簡稱,一般適用于要求脫氮的大中型城市污水廠。A2/O工藝具有流程簡單、投資低、沉淀效果好等優(yōu)點。
本設(shè)計要求處理后的水質(zhì)滿足國家城市污水排放水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918-2002)一級B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由于污水來源主要為生活污水,氮磷含量較高,由此設(shè)計中需要考慮到脫氮除磷。該廠二級生物處理主要采用A2/O處理工藝,主要構(gòu)筑物為:泵前中格柵、提升泵房、細(xì)格柵、旋流沉砂池、平流式沉淀池、A2/O反應(yīng)池、輻流式沉淀池、紫外線消毒渠。污泥處理構(gòu)筑物有:重力濃縮池、污泥脫水機房等。
污水廠設(shè)計方案為:
污水處理流程:粗格柵 → 污水提升泵房 → 細(xì)格柵 → 旋流沉砂池 →A2/O反應(yīng)池→ 消毒接觸池→ 排放;
污泥處理流程:剩余污泥 → 濃縮池 → 貯泥池→ 污泥脫水機房 → 泥餅外運。

ABSTRACT

This design mainly elaborate on the drainage works and the technology of sewage plant in North, North region based on the first hand materials and relevant requirements. Design of water, sewage plant 150000m3/d, consider the consumption of water (water factor of 1.3),the largest amount of sewage to 195000m3/d.
This Sewage Treatment Plant project is divided into two phase of construction, includes a sewage treatment stage, there existing sewsge second-level processing craft, water reuse process and sludge treatment process. The design reasons the choice of primary and secondary treatment process— A/O process,the calculation of constructing process.A/O is short for Anoxic-Oxic,which is one of many biological nitrogen processes.It is adaptative in some large and medium-sized sewage treatment plants.I found that the A/O has the following advantages:simple process,low investment and good sedimentation,so I choose A/O for the treatment of wastewater.
After this design requirements processing water quality satisfies the country urban sewage emissions water standard "Cities Sewage treatment plant Pollutant discharge Standard" (GB 18918-2002) the first-level B standard. Because the sewage originates is mainly the sanitary sewage, the nitrogen phosphorus content is high, from this designs needs to consider the denitrogenation eliminates the phosphorus. This factory second-level biological treatment mainly uses a2/O processing craft, the main construction is: Before the pump, the grill, promotes the pump house, the thin grill, the eddy sand collector, the advection type sedimentation pond, a2/O response pond, the spoke class type sedimentation pond, the ultraviolet ray disinfection ditch. The sludge treatment construction includes: Gravity concentration basin, sludge dewatering engine room and so on.
The process of the wastewater plant that the wasterwater treatment plant adopted is as following:
Wastewater treatment process: middle bar screen → pump station → fin bar screen → aeration desilting tank → A/O process→ disinfection of contact pool→measurement groove → drain;
Sludge handling and disposal process: excess activated sludge → concentrated pool → sludge tank → machine dewatering → disposal of sludge cake.
