某機(jī)器廠供配電系統(tǒng)的電氣設(shè)計(jì)
工廠供電系統(tǒng)就是將電力系統(tǒng)的電能降壓再分配電能到各個(gè)廠房或車間中去,它由工廠降壓變電所,高壓配電線路,車間變電所,低壓配電線路及用電設(shè)備組成。工廠總降壓變電所及配電系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),是根據(jù)各個(gè)車間的負(fù)荷數(shù)量和性質(zhì),生產(chǎn)工藝對(duì)負(fù)荷的要求,以及負(fù)荷布局,結(jié)合國(guó)家供電情況解決對(duì)各部門(mén)的安全可靠,經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的分配電能問(wèn)題。其基本內(nèi)容有以下幾方面:進(jìn)線電壓的選擇,變配電所位置的電氣設(shè)計(jì),短路電流的計(jì)算及繼電保護(hù),電氣設(shè)備的選擇,車間變電所位置和變壓器數(shù)量、容量的選擇,防雷接地裝置設(shè)計(jì)等。

Factory power supply system is the power supply of electricity buck to distribute electricity to the factories and workshops to it by the factory buck transformer substations, high Voltage power transmission lines, workshop transformer substations, low power transmission lines and electric equipment. Total factory buck transformer substations and distribution system is designed to load the workshop of the number and nature of the load on the production, distribution and load, together with the national power supply in the departments of the safe and reliable, economic and technological power distribution. The basic content of the following aspects, to choose the line Voltage, change the position of the electrical distribution design, the current calculation and short circuit in power, the choice electrical equipment, workshop and transformer substations location, number of options capacity, mine grounding device design.
