摘要




　　　圓錐式破碎機(jī)工作時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)的旋轉(zhuǎn)通過(guò)皮帶輪或聯(lián)軸器,經(jīng)傳動(dòng)軸帶動(dòng)圓錐部在偏心套的迫動(dòng)下繞一固定端作旋擺運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而使圓錐破碎機(jī)的破碎壁時(shí)而靠近又時(shí)而離開(kāi)固裝在調(diào)整套上的軋白壁表面，使礦石在破碎腔內(nèi)不斷受到?jīng)_擊、擠壓和彎曲作用而實(shí)現(xiàn)礦石的破碎。

　　　本文著重介紹了900圓錐破碎機(jī)的漏斗、嚙角、動(dòng)錐擺動(dòng)次數(shù)、生產(chǎn)率、腔型、破碎力等方面的設(shè)計(jì)及計(jì)算等問(wèn)題，并對(duì)圓錐破碎機(jī)的傳動(dòng)裝置做了初步的計(jì)算及設(shè)計(jì)，針對(duì)破碎機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑及其維修等方面的問(wèn)題做了簡(jiǎn)單的闡述。

Abstract   Chen cone crusher  is working,motor rotate through the pulley or Coupling, after shaft to taper,conical parts for around a fixed end spinning pendulum in the dynamic force of eccentric.The crushing wall cone crusher near and sometimes left fixed cone surface，The ore in the crushing cavity were constantly, squash and bending and realize the crushing ores.

  This paper introduces funnel, the meshing angle，moving cone swing frequency, productivity, cavity, crushing force aspects of design and calculation of the cone crusher 900.And the transmission of cone crusher makes a preliminary design and calculation,According to crusher the lubrication and maintenance  makes simple expound.
