摘 要
擠壓技術(shù)所涉及的范圍很廣,本論文主要介紹了擠壓模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程中的最基本的內(nèi)容。其中主要包括了擠壓模具的設(shè)計(jì)步驟,設(shè)計(jì)要領(lǐng),設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)節(jié)以及注意事項(xiàng)。
模具是一種生產(chǎn)效率很高的工藝裝備,擠壓模具作為模具的一種在塑性成形領(lǐng)域有著很重要的地位。另外,與其他的成形技術(shù)相比較,擠壓加工具有高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低消耗的優(yōu)點(diǎn),在技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)上有著很高的使用價值因此選擇擠壓模作為畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)有著實(shí)際的意義。
本文著重論述了擠壓模具的凸模和凹模的設(shè)計(jì)原則和設(shè)計(jì)思想,探討用更換凸凹模的方法來完成多個工序的擠壓,以降低模具的生產(chǎn)成本。另外,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和計(jì)算機(jī)的日益普及化,計(jì)算機(jī)和制造業(yè)的聯(lián)系也越來越緊密,各種輔助設(shè)計(jì)軟件的使用將使塑性加工行業(yè)在未來有著更為廣闊的發(fā)展前景。

ABSTRACT
Pinch technology involved very wide range, this thesis main introduction pinch most basic content of design process of the mould. Include pushing the design step of the mould mainly among them , design the main point , design the detail and precautions.
Mould one production efficiency high craft equip , pinch mould take shape as one of mould field have important status very in plasticity very. In addition take shape with others technology compare with, pinch and process the advantage with high yield, high-quality, low consumption, have high use value choose and pinch mould have actual meanings as graduation project very economically in technology.
With the development of science and technology and popularization day by day of the computer, the connection between the computer and processing industry is closer and closer, various kinds of auxiliary appearances which design the software will make the processing industry of plasticity have wider development prospects in the future .
