塑料制品在人們?nèi)粘I罴艾F(xiàn)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域中得到日益廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著塑料工業(yè)的發(fā)展,社會對塑料制品的需求愈來愈大,尤其是建筑材料中各種管道和接頭。如今,pvc(聚氯乙烯)已逐步取代鑄鐵成為一種較為理想的管道制造材料。它與鑄鐵相比有質(zhì)量輕,耐腐蝕,壽命長,成本低,生產(chǎn)率高,制造簡單等優(yōu)點。隨著房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,人們生活水平的提高,作為一種新興的建筑材料,它有很廣泛的應(yīng)用前景和市場前景。因此本人在指導(dǎo)老師的建議下選擇下水管接頭注射模具作為畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目,鍛煉自己獨立分析,解決問題的能力。該產(chǎn)品的主要功能是配合接頭螺母連接水池和下水管。該產(chǎn)品的成型模具經(jīng)分析采用兩板式斜滑塊側(cè)向分型結(jié)構(gòu),一次成型兩個制件,模具在側(cè)向分型的同時完成制件頂出動作。
本說明書概述了聚氯乙烯的性能和注射成型工藝,具體的分析了制品結(jié)構(gòu)和成型工藝。并重點分析了兩板式斜滑塊結(jié)構(gòu)的工作原理,特點及成型該產(chǎn)品的合理性,經(jīng)濟性。

Abstract
Recently, the plastic products have got the increasingly extensive application in people's daily life and the realm of industry and manufacture. With the development of the plastic industry, the demand for plastic products by society is getting increasingly high , especially varied kinds of pipelines and joints of constructive materials .At present ,pvc has gradually replaced cast iron and become ,a kind of ideal material in pipeline production Compared with cast iron, pvc has a lot of merits ,for example, its light in weight, corrosion resistance ,long life span, low cost, high productivity and its simpleness for production ,With the development of the estate and the improvement of people's living standard ,as a kind of newly arisen building material ,it has a bright prospect of application and marketing .In view of this fact and with the suggestion of the tutor , I choose the Mold Pipeline of Jointing and Syringing as the title of my graduation project under the suggestion of the teacher,and meanwhile to try to improve my ability to analyze and solve problems independently. The main function of this article is to work together with the joint screw nut in combining the pond and the pipeline. By analyzing the complete mode of this product uses siding division structure of the inclined slippery piece. It can form two modes at one time .while it makes the siding division, the movement of the crest starts out to make .
This specification summarizes the property of pvc and the technology of syringing into shapement, and it also specifically analyzes the structure of this article as well as the working principle of the structure of the structure of the inclined slippery, its characteristics and the rationality and economic result to put this product into shapement.
