摘要:寬帶薪酬是一種區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)以“行政級(jí)別”為基礎(chǔ)的薪酬分配方式。是將企業(yè)原來(lái)十幾甚至二十幾,三十幾個(gè)薪酬等級(jí)壓縮成幾個(gè)等次,同時(shí)將每一個(gè)薪酬等次所對(duì)應(yīng)的薪酬浮動(dòng)拉大。寬帶薪酬支持扁平組織結(jié)構(gòu),打破了傳統(tǒng)薪酬結(jié)構(gòu)所維護(hù)和強(qiáng)化的等級(jí)觀念,引導(dǎo)員工重視個(gè)人技能的增長(zhǎng)與能力的提高,有利于職位輪換及管理人員以及人力資源專業(yè)人員角色的轉(zhuǎn)變和推動(dòng)良好的工作績(jī)效等特點(diǎn)。寬帶的建立可根據(jù)企業(yè)的具體情況分為縱向?qū)拵Ш蜋M向?qū)拵АT诮拵匠牦w系時(shí),要遵循內(nèi)部公平性、外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性、尺度統(tǒng)一、穩(wěn)定性以及簡(jiǎn)單明了等一系列原則。在建立寬帶薪酬時(shí),最重要的是要確定寬帶的數(shù)量以及每一寬帶內(nèi)薪酬的浮動(dòng)范圍。另外,推行寬帶薪酬還要注意一系列的問題,如企業(yè)的人力資源戰(zhàn)略必須明確、認(rèn)清行業(yè)特點(diǎn)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手等。

Our country broadband salary assignment ponder at present stage

Abstract: Broadband salary is a kind of distribution differentiating traditional basic salary allotment method which was regard as " administration class". It is that the enterprise originally compress more than ten even more than 20, more than 30 salary grades into a few classes and make each salary class which is corresponding to fluctuating of salary larger at the same time. Broad band salary supports flat organization structure, breaks the traditional conception of grade maintained with the traditional salary structure, guides the employees to attach importance to the increase of their personal technical ability and the exaltation of the capability. It’s good for the post rotates, the role changing of managers and human resource profession employees and pushing good work results etc. The establishment of broad band can be divided into lengthways broad band and the horizontal board band according to the concrete circumstance of the enterprise. When establishing the board band salary system, one enterprise must follow the internal justice, exterior competition, dimensions unify, stability and simpleness etc. When establishing board band salary, the most important is fixing on certain quantity of board band and the fluctuating scope of the salary in each board band. Moreover, a series of problems must be pay attention when implementing board band salary, such as the clear and definite human resource strategy, recognizing industry characteristics and opponents of competition etc.
