摘 要
我國(guó)薄煤層資源豐富,可采儲(chǔ)量約占總可采儲(chǔ)量的19%,而且分布廣、煤質(zhì)好。薄煤層采煤機(jī)械化經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,取得了一定的成效,但由于薄煤層采煤工作面生產(chǎn)條件艱難,長(zhǎng)期存在推進(jìn)速度慢,效率低、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差等突出問題。特別是有些礦井厚、薄煤層并存,薄煤層作為解放層開采,由于薄煤層開采速度緩慢,使下部厚煤層資源長(zhǎng)期得不到開采,影響采煤工作面的正常接替,甚至被迫丟失一部分薄煤層資源。研制適合的薄煤層采煤機(jī),以適應(yīng)不同的煤層結(jié)構(gòu),提高薄煤層采煤的工作效率是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。
雖然薄煤層采煤機(jī)的型號(hào)、規(guī)格有許多,但它的各主要組成部分大同小異,合理選擇薄煤層采煤機(jī)的截割部的參數(shù),可以改善其工作性能和減少采煤比能耗。選擇這個(gè)題目就是要進(jìn)一步熟悉薄煤層采煤機(jī)各部分的工作原理,對(duì)其進(jìn)行更好的改進(jìn),并對(duì)它的截割部減速器進(jìn)行細(xì)致分析設(shè)計(jì),使其耐用并且省時(shí)省力容易裝修,使其在工作中能夠有更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。對(duì)于現(xiàn)在使用較為廣泛的薄煤層采煤機(jī)的減速器中存在的錐齒輪,影響電動(dòng)機(jī)的安放和使用壽命,針對(duì)此處進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。

Abstract
Thin seam in China is rich in resources, recoverable reserves total recoverable reserves of 19 percent, and widely distributed, coal good. Development of suitable thin seam shearer in order to adapt to different seam structure and improve the thin seam coal mining efficiency is a priority.
Although the thin coal seam shearer models, specifications there are many, but it is the major component of the more or less the same, a reasonable choice of thin coal seam shearer cutting unit parameters, can improve its performance and reduce power consumption than coal. Choose this subject is to become more familiar with the thin coal seam shearer parts of the working principle, its better to improve, and its cutting unit carried out a detailed analysis of reducer design, make it durable and easy to save time and manpower on decoration, their work can have a better economic benefits. For now the more extensive use of thin coal seam shearer reducer existing bevel gears, the impact of the installation and service life of electric motors for improved here.
