計價器作為出租車的一個重要組成部分，關系著出租車司機和乘客雙方利益，起著重要的作用，因此，具有良好性能的計價器對廣大出租車司機朋友來說是很必要的。采用了單片機進行設計，相對來說功能強大，用較少的硬件和適當的軟件相互配合可以很容易的實現設計要求，且靈活性強，可以通過軟件編程來完成更多的附加功能。針對計費模式的切換，通過軟件編程就可以輕易而舉的實現。避免了機械開關帶來的不穩(wěn)定因素。
本文介紹了以凌陽SPCE061A單片機的基本知識和部分應用，用其進行的汽車計價器設計。然后詳細介紹了系統(tǒng)硬件設計和軟件設計，以及單片機相關技術知識，對程序中用到的系統(tǒng)函數也做了簡單介紹。

Abstract
Valuation vehicles as an important component of taxi, bearing taxi drivers and passengers interests of the two sides, played an important role, therefore, with good performance by the majority of taxi drivers friends valuation was necessary. Introduced Speech recognition
design, relatively powerful, with fewer hardware and the appropriate software interface can be easily achieved design requirements, and flexibility can be accomplished through software programming to more value-added functions. In terms of the cut over, through software programming can be easy to achieve. Avoid the uncertainties brought about by mechanical switches.
This introduced to the basic knowledge and Lingyang SPCE061A Speech recognition
some applications ，the use of their car valuation by design，as well as some related technical knowledge of Single Chip Microcomputer. It has also simplely introduced the system function that have used in the procedure.
