摘要
   這套設(shè)計共花我4周的時間從圖書館查資料、和同學們討論、分析和整理成文,決定做手機充電器外殼的設(shè)計。設(shè)計中從材料的選取,工藝分析等來設(shè)計的。另外該套模具巧妙的設(shè)計了拉料桿,保證了凝料在第一次分型時留在凹模板一側(cè),頂桿推動推桿固定板時凝料自動脫落,實現(xiàn)了從泣射到塑件被頂出的全自動化,提高了生產(chǎn)效率?;瑝K上的導軌既起導向功能,出便于安裝在凸模板上。由于塑件是壁厚較薄而均勻的塑件,而且,凸模部分有許多孔和凸臺,有較大的包緊力,為保正塑件的推出,故設(shè)計了多根推桿水平衡推出力。經(jīng)過生產(chǎn)實踐證明,該副模具的開合模動作完全符合設(shè)計要求,適于大批量生產(chǎn)。

Abstract

Proved after the production practice that this mold opensthematched molds movement to meet the design requirements completely, is suitable for the production in enormous quantities.
