摘 要
本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)為向塘至莆田鐵路工程永泰至莆田段XPFJ-10標(biāo)段隧道施工技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)以新建鐵路向蒲線永泰至莆田段站前工程修改初步設(shè)計(jì)(供招標(biāo)用)設(shè)計(jì)圖紙。建設(shè)單位組織的標(biāo)前會議及補(bǔ)遺書、答疑書等有關(guān)內(nèi)容和精神為基礎(chǔ),依據(jù)現(xiàn)行鐵路隧道施工技術(shù)規(guī)范,對隧道總體施工組織布置及規(guī)劃、施工準(zhǔn)備、總體施工方案、施工方案方法及工藝、工程質(zhì)量保證措施、施工安全保障措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)及水土保護(hù)措施等進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。隧道主體采用新奧法進(jìn)行施工設(shè)計(jì),初期支護(hù)采用錨噴支護(hù),必要時(shí)加設(shè)輔助支護(hù)措施,襯砌型式采用復(fù)合式襯砌,并對各工序工作循環(huán)時(shí)間安排Ⅲ級圍巖開挖與支護(hù)工作循環(huán)時(shí)間計(jì)算、各工序工作循環(huán)時(shí)間安排;結(jié)合交通量和隧道長度,采用雙豎井配合射流風(fēng)機(jī)通風(fēng),洞內(nèi)排水為反坡排水時(shí),采用集水坑分段收集,逐級抽排的方式排出;錨噴支護(hù)的關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)是混凝土噴射工藝、噴射設(shè)備的選型、錨桿設(shè)備的選型、成孔工藝及支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)的把握等;由于隧道圍巖地質(zhì)條件較差,施工中,仰拱要先行,要及早封閉,以利于襯砌結(jié)構(gòu)的整體受力。型鋼鋼架在洞外按設(shè)計(jì)加工成型,洞內(nèi)安裝在初噴砼之后進(jìn)行,與定位錨桿聯(lián)接。鋼架間設(shè)縱向連接筋,鋼架間用噴砼填平。鋼架拱腳安放在牢固的基礎(chǔ)上,架立時(shí)垂直隧道中線,當(dāng)鋼架和圍巖之間間隙過大時(shí)要用噴砼填補(bǔ)。系統(tǒng)錨桿在圍巖開挖和初噴混凝土后打設(shè),鉆孔時(shí)確??卓趲r面平整,使巖面與鉆孔方向垂直,局部隨機(jī)錨桿的孔軸方向與可能滑動(dòng)面的傾向方向相反,其與滑動(dòng)面的交角大于45°,間距1.0~1.5m,梅花形布置。錨桿注漿后,在砂漿凝固前,不敲擊、碰撞和拉拔。嚴(yán)格遵守《建筑施工場界噪聲限值》的有關(guān)規(guī)定,施工前,首先向環(huán)保主管部門申報(bào)并了解周圍單位居民工作生活情況,施工作業(yè)嚴(yán)格限定在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)進(jìn)行。隧道施工預(yù)防坍方首先要做好地質(zhì)預(yù)報(bào)工作,掌握地質(zhì)情況,選擇安全、合理的施工方法和制定可靠的保證措施。在施工過程中要做到先排水、短開挖、弱爆破、強(qiáng)支護(hù)、快襯砌、勤檢查、勤量測,及時(shí)處理隱患。應(yīng)用先進(jìn)的低噪音設(shè)備、改造設(shè)備器械聲源及傳遞裝置的工藝,控制聲源振幅。塌方預(yù)防處理及應(yīng)急預(yù)案, 塌方的處理技術(shù)措施, 開工前組織全體干部職工進(jìn)行生態(tài)資源環(huán)境保護(hù)知識的學(xué)習(xí),增強(qiáng)環(huán)保意識,保證環(huán)保工程質(zhì)量,采取有效措施,使施工過程對生態(tài)環(huán)境的損害降低到最低程度;文明施工、文物保護(hù)。
