[摘要] 經濟的發(fā)展與環(huán)境、資源之間的矛盾沖突變得日益尖銳，發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護是未來社會的雙刃，必須協調兩者，不可偏頗。本文將環(huán)境污染，資源約束條件納入內生增長模型，用嚴格的數學模型得出結論，對可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題和相應政策有一定的意義。
