摘 要
空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的遠程控制是一門新興技術(shù),分布式空調(diào)自動控制系統(tǒng)已被廣泛應(yīng)用于聯(lián)通和移動等通信行業(yè)的機房。本設(shè)計可以實現(xiàn)對分布式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)投入機組 的數(shù)量及各臺空調(diào)機的溫度的遠程控制。
本設(shè)計采用AT89C55單片機作為空調(diào)自動控制系統(tǒng)溫度檢測和控制核心,實現(xiàn)外部溫度的采集、顯示、溫度的設(shè)定以及對執(zhí)行部件的控制。溫度傳感器采用穩(wěn)定性較好,靈敏度較高的鉑電阻;采集到的模擬信號經(jīng)運算放大器AD620放大后,由ADC0809完成模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,將轉(zhuǎn)換后的數(shù)據(jù)送入單片機;同時通過通用鍵盤顯示接口芯片8279完成顯示和參數(shù)的設(shè)定;上、下位機通信部分由SN75176B芯片完成,采用差分、RS-485半雙工傳輸方式,其中,RS-485通信協(xié)議規(guī)范可以使傳輸距離最遠可達1200米,實現(xiàn)了遠程控制的要求;采用看門狗電路防止程序“跑飛”或進入“死循環(huán)”,實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運行;采用繼電器完成對各空調(diào)機的選通。

ABSTRACT
The remote-control air-conditioning system is a new technology, the distributed air-conditioning automatic control system has been widely used in the machine room of the communication industry,such as China mobile and China Unicom. The design will achieve the remote-control of the number of the air conditioners that put into use and the temperature of every air conditioner.
This design use microcontrollers AT89C55 as the core of the control and the temperature examination of the air condition auto control system,It will carry out the collection,the show,the enactment of the temperature and the control of the carrying out aparts of the exterior temperature. Platinum resistance which has better stability,and higher sensitivity will be used as an temperature sensor ; The analog signal is enlarged by processing amplifier AD620 ,and then the ADC0809 end of the Analog-to-Digital conversion, so the data was send into the microcontrollers;The general keyboard interface chip 8279 complete the display and the setting of parameter in the meantime. The chip SN75176 complete the correspondence of the above and underneath machine using Differential Transmission and rs-485 Half-Duplex Transmission. The RS-485 protocol specification make the transmission distance up to 1200 metres which achieve the requirements of the remote-control; The Watchdog keep the program off the die circulation,so the system will run correctly.The relays are used to complete the choice of the air conditioners.
