摘要 隨著人口增長以及農(nóng)用土地面積的減少,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求量日益劇增。人們對水果的品質(zhì)也有了更高的要求,為了滿足國內(nèi)外對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求,干果行業(yè)的發(fā)展也日趨完善,大都具有完善的生產(chǎn)流程。干果采摘后的第一步工序就是進行干果的分選,分選結(jié)果對分選后銷售價格及后續(xù)加工都有極大的影響,直接影響其收益效果。以實現(xiàn)機械化分選為出發(fā)點,提高分選精度為目標,對影響分選機的因素進行實驗研究,找出影響分選精度的主要原因及影響趨勢,研究分選機的分選原理,選擇較優(yōu)工作參數(shù),進一步完善分選機的結(jié)構(gòu)設計,提高其工作效率,為行業(yè)帶來更大的利潤。
以重量分選機為例,重量分選機是以其重量為標準,按照不同的需求進行分類,從而滿足消費者不同的需求。按重量進行分選的分選機械早期是利用杠桿原理進行分選的。目前,機械式重量分選機主要有固定衡量秤體、運動輸送盤式和固定限位裝置、運動衡量秤體式兩種機型。近年來,隨著計算機和傳感技術的迅速發(fā)展,電子稱重技術及應用有了新的發(fā)展。電子稱重式分選機一般采用壓力傳感器稱重水果,微機系統(tǒng)對傳感器輸出信號進行采樣、放大、濾波、模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換、運算和處理,并控制機械執(zhí)行機構(gòu)進行分選。而新的技術在現(xiàn)有電子稱重式水果分選臺的基礎上,對其進行了中心研制,將原有的PC機控制替代為單片機控制。 計算機技術、數(shù)據(jù)處理技術、無損傷檢測技術以及自動化控制技術的發(fā)展為現(xiàn)代及未來的分級檢測技術提供了廣闊的空間。
國外一些公司生產(chǎn)的分選機,在分選檢測技術上已經(jīng)很成熟,工作效率高,并具有較高的分選精度,難以在我國推廣使用。我國對該類型水果分選機的研制尚處于起步階段,需要科研人員充分利用國外已經(jīng)取得的研究成果,研制適合于我國實際情況的分選機。

And the new technology in the existing electronic weighing type fruit sorting machine, on the basis of research, on the center of the original PC replacement for single chip microcomputer control. Computer technology, data processing technology, non-destructive detection technology and automatic control technology for modern and future classification in the development of detecting technology has provided a broad space.
Foreign production separator, some companies on the separation detection technology has very mature, high work efficiency, and has the high separation precision, difficult to be used widely in our country. Developed for this type of fruit sorting machine in China is still in its infancy, requires researchers to make full use of overseas research results which have been obtained, the development of separator is suitable for the actual situation in our country.
