摘要
管理信息系統(tǒng)就是我們常說的MIS (Management Information System)，在強調(diào)管理，強調(diào)信息的現(xiàn)代社會中它變的越來越普及。而將信息管理系統(tǒng)與企業(yè)自動化設(shè)備想結(jié)合，則是當今社會現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢。通過這樣的管理方式，企業(yè)的管理人員、技術(shù)人員、統(tǒng)計人員等各部門員工就能從大量煩瑣的資料和數(shù)據(jù)中解脫出來，只需對自己需要的數(shù)據(jù)和內(nèi)容進行必須的處理，而不用對每個環(huán)節(jié)都了如指掌。這在一定程度上能夠節(jié)省人力物力，同時也大大加強了對數(shù)據(jù)處理的及時性和準確性。
隨著信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，特別是數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)的發(fā)展，計算機已經(jīng)成為當今信息時代的關(guān)鍵工具。數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)是計算機應用技術(shù)中的一個重要組成部分，對于大量的數(shù)據(jù)，使用數(shù)據(jù)庫來存儲管理將比通過文件來存儲管理更高效。數(shù)據(jù)庫技術(shù)在經(jīng)過幾代變革以后，出現(xiàn)了以關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫產(chǎn)品為主流的數(shù)據(jù)庫時代。人事勞資管理系統(tǒng)是一個企業(yè)單位不可缺少的部分,它的內(nèi)容對于企業(yè)的決策者和管理者來說都至關(guān)重要,所以人事勞資管理系統(tǒng)應該能夠為用戶提供充足的信息和快捷的查詢手段。但一直以來人們使用傳統(tǒng)人工的方式管理文件檔案，這種管理方式存在著許多缺點,如:效率低、保密性差,另外時間一長,將產(chǎn)生大量的文件和數(shù)據(jù),這對于查找、更新和維護都帶來了不少的困難。

Summary
The management information system is a MIS( Management Information System) that we often say, in emphasize management, emphasize the modern society of the information it change more and more universal.But manage the information to system to automate with business enterprise the equipments want to be combinative, the development trend of the then nowadays social modern business enterprise.Management method passing like this, the management of the business enterprise personnel, technical personnel, statistics the each section in etc. in personnel the employee and then can set free out from the trivial data in large quantity with the data, needs the data to need to oneself with the contents proceeding must of handle, but need not to each link clearly.This can save the manpower material resources on the certain degree, enhancing the logarithms also and consumedly according to handle of on time sex with accuracy.
