摘 要：
建筑涂料在現(xiàn)代建筑中的地位日益重要，眾多的原因使涂料成為建筑外墻裝飾的首選。國內(nèi)的涂料是最近幾年才有了大發(fā)展，對外墻涂料的施工、監(jiān)理，相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范還不是很完備，質(zhì)量控制工作也是剛剛開展，結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國實(shí)際，本文對外墻涂料中容易產(chǎn)生的質(zhì)量通病進(jìn)行具體分析，提出防治措施，并對目前國內(nèi)的建筑外墻涂料工程的質(zhì)量控制工作做一下探討，希望能對目前的從業(yè)人員有所裨益。

ABSTRACT
The position during building coating was built in modern times is important increasingly , and multitudinous causes make coating become the head that the outer wall of building was decorated and select .
That internal coating has been nearer year had is big develops , and the standard specification of correlation still is not very complete , and quality control work also is just open-mindeds to the construction and inspecting and control of external wall coating , and combining present time our country is real , the quality common failing given rise to easily in this text externally wall coating is carried on the concrete analysis , puts forward providing prevention aning cure the measure , and the inquirement is done in the quality control work of wall coating engineering outside internal to the at present building right off , and hoping can be to the employed's at present to some extent benefit
