摘 要

隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,大集中管理模式成為管理模式的重要轉(zhuǎn)折。國(guó)內(nèi)各家銀行陸續(xù)創(chuàng)造了大集中管理模式成功實(shí)現(xiàn)的案例。這場(chǎng)首先在金融1T領(lǐng)域引發(fā)的科技革命，給科技管理體制、信息系統(tǒng)模式帶來哪些變化？中國(guó)的企業(yè)可以向銀行業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)些什么？在企業(yè)也存在著銀行業(yè)改造前所具有的問題的情況下，企業(yè)是不是也可以通過大集中管理模式來整合資源、統(tǒng)一管理，在現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)上占有一席之地呢？
本文從銀行業(yè)管理模式的改變出發(fā)，在查閱了國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于大集中管理模式的理論和評(píng)述的基礎(chǔ)上，仔細(xì)研究了國(guó)內(nèi)銀行業(yè)關(guān)于大集中管理模式的改革過程，比較了大集中計(jì)算模式和分布式計(jì)算模式的不同，總結(jié)出大集中模式的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步提出什么是大集中，大集中對(duì)于管理方面帶來的變革和優(yōu)勢(shì)，討論了大集中模式下的權(quán)力形式和管理模式，總結(jié)大集中模式的適用范圍。在前面所做工作的基礎(chǔ)上，最后從管理層和技術(shù)層分別對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行大集中管理模式下信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)提供策略，以幫助企業(yè)進(jìn)行信息系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)。

ABSTRACT

With the development at full speed of the technology of the computer and networking，the grand centralization management mode on becoming important turn of the management mode greatly. Domestic every bank has created the case that the grand centralization management mode succeeds in realizing successively .This revolution in science that causes in the field of financial IT at first, which changes are brought to management system of science and technology, information system mode? What can enterprises of China learn from banking? In a situation that enterprises have the problem that have before banking's transformation too, Enterprise can through heavy to the grand centralization management mode on come whole joint-venture source , manage in unison too, occupy a tiny space on the modern market?
This text proceeds from change of banking's management mode, On the basis of consulting domestic theory and commentary about the grand centralization, Have studied the reform course about the grand centralization management mode of domestic banking carefully, Have compared grand centralization computing mode different from distributed computing mode, Summarize the advantage of the grand centralization mode, Propose further what is grand centralization, Change and advantage that grand centralization brings to management, Have discussed the power form and management mode of grand centralization mode, Summarize the scope of application of grand centralization mode. On the basis of work done of front, Offer the tactics to the construction of the information system from Enterprises carry on under the grand centralization management mode separately finally,in order to help enterprises to carry on the construction of the information system..
