飲食文化是人們在利用、改造自然和社會實(shí)踐中所創(chuàng)造的有關(guān)飲食的物質(zhì)成果和精神成果的總和,是一個文化體系,具有整體性、結(jié)構(gòu)性、層次性和開放性特征。揚(yáng)州的飲食文化特點(diǎn)突出表現(xiàn)在揚(yáng)州的名人與飲食及四時食風(fēng)這兩方面。揚(yáng)州的飲食文化的物質(zhì)表現(xiàn)形式為菜肴文化、茶文化和酒文化。揚(yáng)州飲食文化與揚(yáng)州旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)有著密切的聯(lián)系,飲食文化在揚(yáng)州旅游的發(fā)展占有著重要的地位。
[Abstract]: Dish culture is a cultural system in which we utilize, and transform nature and make its material achievements and spiritual achievements. And dish culture has four characters: integral, structured, gradual and open characters. Dish culture in Yangzhou has its own characteristics, of which two are outstanding: diet related to famous persons, and diet related to four seasons. Its physical expression takes the form of cooked food culture, tea culture and wine culture. Yangzhou’s dish culture is closely related with tourist economy and occupies an important status in the development of tourism.
