A網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備制造公司為適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求發(fā)展，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，建立基于Internet的多層分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售管理系統(tǒng)，與在全國(guó)各地的代理商保持時(shí)時(shí)互動(dòng)，能夠及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的做出對(duì)應(yīng)的經(jīng)營(yíng)和市場(chǎng)決策。
在研究分析企業(yè)系統(tǒng)需求之后，采用C/S與B/S相結(jié)合的多層式體系結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)行安全可靠設(shè)計(jì)，使系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定，具有良好的可擴(kuò)展性、通用性和時(shí)效性，操作簡(jiǎn)便，實(shí)用性強(qiáng)。完善公司管理信息系統(tǒng)，達(dá)到采購(gòu)、客戶、庫(kù)存、財(cái)務(wù)、人事、供應(yīng)商有機(jī)的統(tǒng)一。

【ABSTRACT】
The A network equipments makes company as the social need in orientation develops, strengthening the business enterprise competition ability, establishing according to Internet many layers distribute type network sale management system, with business agent in national every locality keep always interactive, can on time do accurately to should of management with market decision.
After studying to analyze the business enterprise system need, adoption C/ S and many layers type system construction that B/ S combine together, proceed the safe and dependable design, make system stable, have the good expanding the sex, in general use with the time limited efficacy, operate simple, the function is strong. Perfect company management information system， attain the purchase, customer, stock, finance, personnel, supplier to unify organically.
