摘 要

本文論述了在Linux下建立大規(guī)模郵件系統(tǒng)的方式和方法。首先從國內外兩方面介紹了電子郵件系統(tǒng)的現狀，概述了選擇Linux系統(tǒng)作為開發(fā)平臺的優(yōu)點以及操作系統(tǒng)的安裝過程，描述了對DNS、FTP和Web服務器的配置，接著對Qmail、smtp-auth、Vpopmail、MySQL、iGENUS的組合安裝過程做了部分說明，特別對Qmail軟件做了介紹，通過對iGENUS軟件的修改和部分程序的自主開發(fā)，設計出了具有自己特色的郵箱頁面。該系統(tǒng)是以Qmail為郵件收、發(fā)服務器，通過PHP語言中豐富的庫函數與Web結合起來,實現了一種功能豐富、安全、可靠、易于擴展且價格低廉、大規(guī)模的郵件系統(tǒng)。文章最后對郵件服務系統(tǒng)進行整體的總結并對郵件系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展趨勢進行了展望。

ABSTRACT

This text has expounded the fact that sets up the way and method of the extensive mail system under Linux. Have introduced the current situation of the e-mail system from two domestic and international respects at first, Have summed up Linux system of choosing as the installation of the advantage of the developing platform and operating system, Have described the disposition to DNS , FTP and Web server in detail , Is it prove to Qmail , smtp-auth , Vpopmail , MySQL , association installation of iGENUS , describe to Qmail characteristic especially partly to make then, Through the independent development of revising to iGENUS software and some procedures , design the page of postbox with one's own characteristic . This system regard Qmail as mail charge , send server , abundant storehouse function and Web combine together through PHP language, have realized a kind of abundant , safe , reliable , apt to expand the and cheap , extensive mail system function. The article carried on the summary of the whole to the mail service system and looked forward to the development trend of the mail system finally.
