基于MVC模式的網(wǎng)上招聘系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

摘要：隨著Internet的普及，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)以一股巨大變革力量的面貌出現(xiàn)在商務(wù)關(guān)系領(lǐng)域。其強(qiáng)大的功能已為人們深刻認(rèn)識,它已進(jìn)入人類社會的各個領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。網(wǎng)上招聘系統(tǒng)為應(yīng)聘者提供了方便、快捷的應(yīng)聘途徑。對招聘單位來說，招聘網(wǎng)站也為他們提供了查詢、檢索應(yīng)聘者信息庫的條件，使招聘工作中的人員初選工作變得輕松易行。此系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)為應(yīng)聘者及招聘公司帶來了很大的方便和經(jīng)濟(jì)，使他們足不出戶就可以輕輕松松地完成求職和招聘工作。
文章著重討論了用JSP/Servlet+Weblogic+Oracle的技術(shù)途徑和規(guī)范的軟件工程開發(fā)流程完成基于MVC模式的網(wǎng)上招聘系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計和開發(fā)工作。

ABSTRACT: Along with the Internet universality, the Internet appears with a feature of huge change power in the business connection realm.Its strong function hases already been deep for people to know, it hases already entered the each realm of the society of mankind to erupt to flick the more and more important function.The on-line job advertisement system provided the convenience and accept appointment the path fastly for the one who accept appointment.To the job advertisement unit, invite the website to also provided the search and inspect to accept appointment for them the condition of the information database, make invite the personnel in the work the primary election the work becomes the relaxed easy line.The development of this system for accept appointment the and job advertisement the company brought very big of convenience and economy, make them keep the house and then can loosen lightly to complete to seek job and invite the work loosely.
