虛擬儀器一般可分為兩部分:硬件和軟件。它包括計算機、應(yīng)用軟件和硬件設(shè)備。在這篇文章中,都是用的是基于amd4000+,1GHz RAM的硬件平臺,MS xp2的軟件系統(tǒng)。應(yīng)用軟件基于編程環(huán)境,寫在LabVIEW8.5。該儀器硬件是建立在芯片C8051F020基礎(chǔ)之上的。由于測試扭轉(zhuǎn)角角度和扭矩,多個傳感器的采集需要收集數(shù)據(jù)。硬件系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計包含了信號采集傳輸?shù)臄?shù)據(jù)采集板、顯示和分析的計算機。換句話說,數(shù)據(jù)采集版主要發(fā)揮信號采集的作用,數(shù)據(jù)的每一次被吸收都將將通過串口發(fā)送到電腦,在LabVIEW簽證接口作為信號處理。(見圖2)

This paper presents a torsion spring
detection and analysis system which
is different from traditional
torsion spring detector. The design is based on virtual
instrument software with multi-channel signal
acquisition. Two characteristic quantities,
