摘要:本文論述了一個(gè)有QoS保證的IP TV構(gòu)架,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)層它提供了一個(gè)具有多QoS機(jī)制的IP TV網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu),在控制層實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶(hù)業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)QoS指配和動(dòng)態(tài)QoS調(diào)節(jié),在管理層,實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源的QoS規(guī)劃和改造,以及IP TV業(yè)務(wù)的QoS規(guī)劃。它可以克服目前已經(jīng)存在的IP TV QoS實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制的缺點(diǎn),為用戶(hù)的IP TV業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)用提供QoS保證,最后通過(guò)原形系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證了提出構(gòu)架的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract: In this paper, we address an QoS architecture on IP TV, in network layer, it provides a IP TV network system architecture with many QoS mechanisms, in control layer, it implements active QoS provision and adjusting to user service application, in management layer, it implements QoS plan and reconstructing to network resource, and QoS plan to IP TV service. It can surmount the disadvantages of the other QoS mechanism, and ensure QoS for user IP TV service application. Simulation result well verifies its merits.
