【摘  要】:隨著科技不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)也在不斷的追求更好,更快的生產(chǎn)方式,生產(chǎn)技術(shù)也不斷的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新,來跟上時代的步伐。逆向工程技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為了當(dāng)今產(chǎn)品設(shè)計師對產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和優(yōu)化的重要手段之一。本文是以普通的鼠標(biāo)本體為模型,通過逆向工程技術(shù)設(shè)計普通鼠標(biāo)本體的三維模型,并設(shè)計鼠標(biāo)本體模具的整個過程。
   由于鼠標(biāo)本體曲面比較難以測繪,所以選擇使用逆向工程技術(shù)進(jìn)行模型的重建、優(yōu)化。首先,由于鼠標(biāo)本體為黑色,需要進(jìn)行反光處理,要在鼠標(biāo)本體表面噴上顯光劑;然后,連接REVscan激光掃描儀與電腦等掃描工作準(zhǔn)備好后,通過儀器的掃描獲得鼠標(biāo)本體的點云數(shù)據(jù);其次,在處理鼠標(biāo)本體的點云數(shù)據(jù)時,我們使用的是Geomagic Studio 軟件,此軟件能根據(jù)實物的點云數(shù)據(jù)對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)處理和曲面重構(gòu);當(dāng)處理好精確曲面后,保存成pro-e通用的格式——iges文件;然后在pro-e中打開進(jìn)行實體處理,完成整個鼠標(biāo)本體的重構(gòu);最后通過快速成型技術(shù)做出鼠標(biāo)本體的模型,再寫出鼠標(biāo)本體的模具的設(shè)計計算過程。

   Reverse mouse ontology modeling and design of the die
 

【Abstract】: With the continuous development of science and technology, companies are in constant pursuit of better, faster production, production technology keeps on research and innovation, to keep pace with the times. Reverse engineering has become today's product designers are one of the important means for product design and optimization. This article is based on modest mouse ontology for modeling, by reverse engineering design of a normal mouse ontology model of three dimensional and design mold throughout the main body of the mouse.
   As the mouse body surfaces are more difficult to survey and mapping, so optimization of model reconstruction, using reverse engineering techniques. First of all, as the mouse body is black, need to be reflective, light on body surface of the mouse you want to display agent; Then, connect REVscan laser scanner scanning to your computer when you're ready, through the instrument of scanned point cloud data of the main body of the mouse and, secondly, in the processing of point cloud data of the main body of the mouse, we're using Geomagic Studio software, this software according to the kind of data pretreatment and surface reconstruction from data cloud; Secondly, in the processing of point cloud data of the main body of the mouse, we're using Geomagic Studio software, this software according to the kind of data pretreatment and surface reconstruction from data cloud; when dealing with precise surface, save as a common Pro-e format--IGES file; then open the entity dealing with Pro-e, to complete the reconstruction of the main body of the mouse; Finally by rapid prototyping techniques mouse ontology model, and then writes out the mold design process of the main body of the mouse.
