摘要:拉刀的結構復雜,數(shù)據繁多,普通的設計方法存在重復性勞動,標準程度低、周期長等缺點,所以用CAD設計拉刀具有重要意義。
   本文主要是用VBA對AutoCAD進行二次開發(fā)。首先選擇分層式拉刀,再選擇出容屑槽的形狀和種類,其中容屑系數(shù)K與被拉削的材料和切削厚度有關。不同的材料和厚度會造成K值的不同。接著輸入數(shù)據,用公式計算出切削余量。保證加工表面達到規(guī)定的尺寸精度和表面質量、拉刀有高的耐用度和壽命和拉刀的高生產率。再對拉刀分屑槽進行設計,分別用公式計算出分屑槽寬、分屑槽的個數(shù)。然后就是拉刀的校核模塊,計算出同時工作齒數(shù),拉刀同時工作齒數(shù)最好介于3-7之間保證同時工作齒數(shù)在3-8齒以內。同時工作齒數(shù)大于8時,會使冷卻潤滑不充分,易使拉刀刀磨損或拉刀折斷。最后校核拉刀強度和拉床拉力,當拉刀直徑叫較大時,拉刀強度較大,使用時通常不用驗算強度。當拉刀直徑較小,使用條件改變時,應按計算公式進行強度驗算。為了保證拉刀正常工作,拉刀危險斷面初的應力必須小于拉刀材料的許用應力。其中計算所得到的拉削力,必須小于拉床的實際拉力。輸出校核結果。通過以上結果表明使用CAD設計拉刀可以提高拉刀的質量。
