摘 要：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的巨大變化，我國(guó)的中小企業(yè)取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展，成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)高增長(zhǎng)中一支不可或缺的力量。然而，諸多原因和多種矛盾的交織，中小企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)和發(fā)展遇到了各種各樣的困難。本文從中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手，分析了其發(fā)展中存在的一些問題，并著重對(duì)這些問題提出了具體解決思路，旨在為中小企業(yè)發(fā)展提供一些參考意見。

Abstract：Along with the great variety of the economic system and the economy structure, the medium small business enterprise of our country has obtained a great development,it become the necessary part in high growth of national economy .However, with many reasons and various antinomy mixed, the medium small business enterprise met various difficulties in management and development.This text commences from the development present condition of the medium small business enterprise, analyzed some problems of develops of medium existent, and emphasized to put forward to resolve the way of thinking in a specific way to these problems, the aim is in for to provide some reference opinions to the small business enterprise develops.
