But, Chinese Commercial bank competitive power's remarkable enhancement cannot cover the existence question, mainly concentrates in five aspects:

最近幾年,中國銀行的競爭力確實(shí)已經(jīng)提升。無論是在資本充足率、資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量等方面,還是在收益能力和流動(dòng)性管理能力方面都得到明顯改善。更重要的是,大多數(shù)商業(yè)銀行建立資本補(bǔ)充機(jī)制和保存使用資本的理念,建立了良好的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,使資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量得以保證,甚至加強(qiáng)和促進(jìn)了銀行戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,服務(wù)改革和盈利模式轉(zhuǎn)換,積極適應(yīng)環(huán)境變化和客戶需求的變化。通過改革使國有銀行上市,原來的股份制商業(yè)銀行,通過內(nèi)部改革,維持競爭優(yōu)勢并進(jìn)一步提升自己的競爭力,城市商業(yè)銀行通過不良資產(chǎn),增資擴(kuò)股的方式聯(lián)盟,跨區(qū)域經(jīng)營,以及進(jìn)行市場管理,明確定位,在許多領(lǐng)域內(nèi)展開與各類商業(yè)銀行的綜合競爭。但是,中國商業(yè)銀行競爭力的顯著提高并不能掩蓋存在的問題,商業(yè)銀行存在的問題主要集中體現(xiàn)在以下在五個(gè)方面:
2.1 公司治理機(jī)制和內(nèi)部控制尚不完善
通過銀行改革上市,中國銀行公司治理得以改善,但投資主體多元化程度仍然偏低,權(quán)力制衡制度的有效性差,也不能保證受托人,主管和高層管理人員盡職盡責(zé),對于重大的失職也不能嚴(yán)格按照責(zé)任追究制度進(jìn)行處理。高級管理人員尋求個(gè)人利益使用銀行資產(chǎn),使股東權(quán)益不能夠得到有效的保護(hù),大股東利用關(guān)聯(lián)交易等方法謀求不正當(dāng)收入,甚至危及到銀行操作;獨(dú)立董事流于形式的現(xiàn)象
