摘要:萬維網(wǎng)上非結(jié)構(gòu)化、異構(gòu)、海量的信息資源給人們尋求合適的信息造成了困難。搜索引擎、個性化搜索工具及其他相關(guān)技術(shù)的使用一定程度上緩解了這個問題,但在面對人們長期的、系統(tǒng)的知識獲取需求時,它們所起的作用相對有限。本文首先分析了人們通過萬維網(wǎng)求知的一般過程, 然后根據(jù)一個系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)討論了能有效協(xié)助用戶萬維網(wǎng)求知的具體相關(guān)技術(shù),并在最后闡述了這個多用戶協(xié)作的萬維網(wǎng)知識獲取系統(tǒng)的整體框架及其特點。

Abstract: A mass of unstructured, heterogeneous information resource on the WWW challenges people a lot when they seek required information. Search engines, personal search tools with related technologies alleviate the trouble some extent. But confronted with the needs of long-term, systematic knowledge acquisition raised by some certain users, they reveal limited functionality. Here we analyze the user’s general process of knowledge acquisition via WWW and discuss the related technologies that help this process. We then talk about the multi-user based model we made to facilitate WWW knowledge acquisition.
