                 摘     要

   發(fā)電機(jī)密封油系統(tǒng)做為汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組中一個(gè)主要系統(tǒng),如果運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定,將造成漏氫或發(fā)電機(jī)內(nèi)部進(jìn)油的情況發(fā)生,同類(lèi)型機(jī)組甚至出現(xiàn)著火的事故。
   許昌電廠2×210MW汽輪發(fā)電機(jī)組在新機(jī)組試運(yùn)初期,由于對(duì)密封油系統(tǒng)故障分析不徹底,連續(xù)多次解體檢查平衡閥,增加了運(yùn)行、維護(hù)勞動(dòng)量,但是效果并不明顯。通過(guò)運(yùn)行專(zhuān)業(yè)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,對(duì)發(fā)電機(jī)密封油系統(tǒng)溫度、壓力、油箱油位、平衡閥異常情況詳細(xì)記錄,進(jìn)行科學(xué)的邏輯分析與推理,準(zhǔn)確判斷出設(shè)備故障,為檢修工作指明了方向,大大降低了檢修勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高工作效率,確保了機(jī)組安全、穩(wěn)定、經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。同時(shí)為國(guó)內(nèi)同類(lèi)型機(jī)組運(yùn)行及維護(hù)起到一定的借鑒作用。

Analysis and Preventive measures for the Abnormalities of Turbo Generator Sealing Oil System
Abstract
   Generator sealing oil system for turbine generator unit of a main system, if the operation is not stable, will cause the hydrogen leakage or generator internal oil inlet condition occurs, the same type of unit or even fire accident.
   The Xuchang power plant 2 210MW turbo-generator in trial operation of new unit early, due to the sealing oil system fault analysis is not thorough, successive inspection balance valve, increased operation, maintenance work, but the effect is not obvious. By running the professional data collection, to the sealing oil system of the generator temperature, pressure, oil tank level, balance valve anomalies recorded in detail, undertake scientific analysis and logic reasoning, accurate judgement of equipment fault, for overhaul job points to clear direction, greatly reduces the labor intensity of maintenance, improve work efficiency, ensure the safety, stability of unit, economic operation. At the same time for the same type of domestic plant operation and maintenance play a certain reference role.
