摘   要
　　　本畢業(yè)設(shè)計為xx休養(yǎng)所相應(yīng)工程量計算、相應(yīng)施工圖預(yù)算以及施工組織設(shè)計，總建筑面積12227平方米。施工組織設(shè)計是對工程建設(shè)項目全過程的構(gòu)思設(shè)想和具體安排，用來指導(dǎo)施工項目全過程各項活動的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和組織的綜合性文件。工程造價是投資者的投資命脈，而施工組織設(shè)計則是建筑施工組織的核心和靈魂，一個好的施工組織關(guān)系到一個工程能否順利有序的實(shí)施，關(guān)系到一個施工項目的成敗。
　　　本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的內(nèi)容主要分為兩部分。第一部分：計算標(biāo)高在3.550-6.850裙樓部分工程量，套消耗量定額，進(jìn)行相應(yīng)部分的施工圖預(yù)算；然后小組進(jìn)行工程量匯總，再套消耗量定額，對本工程進(jìn)行施工圖預(yù)算，得出本工程的費(fèi)用及材料、機(jī)械消耗數(shù)量。第二部分：施工組織設(shè)計，根據(jù)本工程的特點(diǎn)和施工條件及工期和質(zhì)量要求，合理劃分施工段并確定施工流向，編制出切實(shí)可行的施工方案；根據(jù)各分部分項工程的劃分，編制施工組織進(jìn)度計劃表，保證主導(dǎo)工序的連續(xù)施工；對人、財、物等資源進(jìn)行優(yōu)化，確定合適的資源需要量計劃；根據(jù)計算確定材料堆場面積，根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的實(shí)際情況，進(jìn)行垂直機(jī)械、堆場面積、道路等的布置，從而確定合理的施工平面圖；采取各項技術(shù)組織管理措施，確保工程的順利實(shí)施。本畢業(yè)設(shè)計主要目的是：培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論和專業(yè)知識，解決建筑工程中的施工圖紙審查、施工技術(shù)和施工組織問題的能力。
