摘要：光集成是集光學(xué)、微波、激光、微電子學(xué)及光電子學(xué)于一體的邊緣學(xué)科。本文詳細(xì)介紹了光集成的概念、主要應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域、目前的研究熱點及光集成器件的研究進展，提出我國必須緊抓光電子發(fā)展的絕好機會，大力發(fā)展我國的光集成器件對我國光通信行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及其現(xiàn)實意義。

The optical integration was a new and rising subject ,it is mainly based on the
theory of optics、microwave、laser、micro-electronics and opt-electronics. The
optical integration conception、applicaion 、the research focus and its’progress
were introduced in detail in this article. Our country must get hold of the favourable
chance for developing our opt-electronics industry to advance our optical
integration , which is important to the development of our country’s optical
communication .

The optical integration was a new and rising subject ,it is mainly based on the
