摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)來源于X X 市純凈水有限公司，旨在提高公司的整體運(yùn)營(yíng)效率和客戶滿意度，以適應(yīng)公司發(fā)展的需要。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)操作員權(quán)限分配、客戶管理、產(chǎn)品管理、區(qū)域劃分、定單管理、消毒管理、信息查詢分析等功能，解決了以往客戶的水號(hào)管理不規(guī)范、單人操作系統(tǒng)處理業(yè)務(wù)慢、客戶消毒不及時(shí)、操作員權(quán)責(zé)不清晰等問題，具有客戶定單編號(hào)自動(dòng)生成，信息查詢分析生成動(dòng)態(tài)圖表以輔助決策的特點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)采用B/S三層結(jié)構(gòu)開發(fā)，使用JAVA作為開發(fā)語言，SQL Server 2000作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，Tomcat做Web服務(wù)器。設(shè)計(jì)說明書就課題調(diào)研、系統(tǒng)分析、設(shè)計(jì)、開發(fā)、測(cè)試、安裝配置和使用說明做了詳細(xì)論述。

Abstract
The design comes from Tangshan water purification Ltd., aimed at enhancing the company's overall operate efficiency and customer satisfaction, to adapt the development needs of the company. Systems design and realized many functions like: system operators roles distribution, customer management, product management, page ranges, orders management, disinfection management, information analysis and enquiries and so on. Settled the number of water management. is not standardized, single operating system with business slowly, customer disinfection is not timely, operators responsibilities unclear .etc. The system can automatic generate customer order’s number, and information analysis and enquiries function of this system can help the manager makes a better decision. System uses three-tier (B/S) structure in development, and Java as the development language, SQL Server 2000 as the background database, Tomcat as Web Server. This thesis addressed the subject’s research, systems analysis, design, development, testing, installation and specification amply.
