隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在的制造業(yè)已經(jīng)不像福特汽車那樣,大批量生產(chǎn)一種黑色T型車的生產(chǎn)模式,市場(chǎng)的決定權(quán)開始由賣方轉(zhuǎn)移到買方,制造業(yè)逐漸向客戶化、多品種小批量的模式發(fā)展。而在多品種小批量的生產(chǎn)方式下,研究企業(yè)的產(chǎn)能,準(zhǔn)確把握瓶頸資源,平衡生產(chǎn)能力可以為企業(yè)決策提供依據(jù)。高德拉特博士提出的約束理論是一整套簡(jiǎn)單、容易明白和接受的法則,簡(jiǎn)單到甚至接近“常識(shí)”的地步。它可以為多品種小批量型企業(yè)當(dāng)前所面臨的困境提供解決的方法。
本文概述了TOC理論的要點(diǎn)及精密鍛造企業(yè)的特點(diǎn),針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)大多數(shù)企業(yè)沒有豐田公司那樣雄厚的資金去實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化和準(zhǔn)時(shí)制,在實(shí)施ERP和精益生產(chǎn)都遇到了困難,引入TOC約束理論可以為沒有太多資金的中小型企業(yè)解決難題。并結(jié)合實(shí)例對(duì)精密鍛造企業(yè)當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)能力分析,運(yùn)用TOC理論從中找出制約有效生產(chǎn)能力的瓶頸因素,對(duì)現(xiàn)狀提出基于DBR控制方法的改進(jìn)模型,并對(duì)改進(jìn)的效果做出了預(yù)測(cè),得出可以簡(jiǎn)化生產(chǎn)排程、提高企業(yè)有效產(chǎn)出、減少庫(kù)存、降低企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)費(fèi)用的改進(jìn)方法,為多品種小批量的精密鍛造企業(yè)當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)能力不足的問題提出了解決方案。

RESEARCH ON PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF PRECISION FORGING ENTERPRISE BASED ON TOC
ABSTRACT
As the development of global economy, modern manufacture industry is no longer like the Ford Motor Company which once mass produced one type of cars, Model T, merely. Now, the power of decision has transferred from manufacturers to customer, and manufacturing industry is developing as the model of customization and high m ix and low volume. Under multi-product and small lot-size environment, research on capacity of company, identification of bottleneck resource and balance throughput can offer foundation for enterprise decision. TOC (Theory of Constrains), proposed by doctor Goldratt, is a set of theorem which is simple and easy to understand. TOC is able to provide SMEs solution to against existent predicament.
This article stated the main point of TOC and the feature of PRECISION FORGING ENTERPRISE. In view of the present situation that most company had difficulty in executing ERP and LP in our country, for the shortage of founds. TOC was introduced to solve the difficulty of SMEs which have no much founds. And an example was presented to analyze the capacity of PRECISION FORGING ENTERPRISE. Bottleneck resource which interacted on the effective throughout can be found out and propound refined model based on DBR. Predicting the effect of improvement and searching the solution of simple scheduling, increase effective throughout, reduce stock and operating expenses. This paper formulated an action plan to solve the problem that current production capacity of precision forging enterprise is insufficient.
