摘要：
當今計算機及通信技術(shù)的發(fā)展為改革傳統(tǒng)的信息管理技術(shù)提供了契機與可能，利用計算機對高校學(xué)生學(xué)籍的管理已是一個迫在眉睫的問題。
高校學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)是一個輔助高校工作人員對學(xué)生信息進行管理及維護的系統(tǒng)。它應(yīng)用計算機在數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)整理保存方面的優(yōu)異性能，幫助工作人員提高工作的效率、減少出錯情況。同時還能提供快速的查詢、檢索功能以及按要求進行對學(xué)生信息的打印功能。
本文從計算機系的實際情況出發(fā)，在用戶需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出高校學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)的基本目標，并闡述系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和功能設(shè)計，對高校學(xué)籍管理系統(tǒng)具有參考價值。

Nowadays the development of the computer and communication technology offered the opportunity for traditional information administrative skill of reform and possible, It has already been an extremely urgent problem to utilize control over university's student's roll of the computer. University roll administrative system whether one assist manage student's information and system that maintain, staff member of university,. It uses the computer to put the excellent performance which keep the respect in order in data processing and data, Help staff member raise efficiency, reduction of work make mistakes the situation. At the same time still can offer fast inquiry, search function and go on and type the function to student message on request.
