在各方面日益現(xiàn)代化的今天,制茶機(jī)也應(yīng)該在技術(shù)上不斷改進(jìn),向多功能、自動(dòng)化、機(jī)電一體化方向發(fā)展。既能滿足茶葉制成的一系列過程,包括對茶葉的殺青、理?xiàng)l、壓扁、烘干等作業(yè),而且機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作簡單,容易維修和維護(hù)。
此茶葉烘干機(jī)以電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力源來獲得一個(gè)速度,然后以提升機(jī)為基體實(shí)現(xiàn)茶葉從殺青機(jī)到烘干機(jī)的傳送。所以電動(dòng)機(jī)的選取和提升裝置的選取都是該設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)。最終經(jīng)過計(jì)算分析分別選擇單相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)YY80型和帶式提升形式。再設(shè)計(jì)一機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)在提升機(jī)與烘箱之間達(dá)到茶葉的梳理與均勻機(jī)構(gòu)??偟膩碚f就是通過各控制系統(tǒng)可以使茶葉可以均勻分布在傳送帶上。
本課題通過對烘干機(jī)的節(jié)能改進(jìn)以及提升機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),以期能達(dá)到茶葉的連續(xù)性作業(yè)。

Multifunctional tea machine mechanical structure design
Abstract
Increasingly modern in all respects, tea machine should also be continuous technical improvements to the development of multi-functional, automation, mechatronics direction. That meets the tea made of a series of processes, including the fixing of tea, the rationale strips, flattening, drying operations, and a simple mechanical structure, simple operation, easy repair and maintenance.
This tea dryer motor as power source to get a speed, and then hoist the matrix to achieve the transfer of tea from the fixation machine and dryer. Therefore, the selection and the lifting device of the motor select this design tasks. After the final calculation and analysis were selected the YY80 type of single-phase induction motor and belt to enhance the form. Design a mechanical hoist oven to reach tea comb and uniformity institutions. In general is through the control system can make tea can be uniformly distributed on the conveyor.
This issue through the dryer energy efficiency improvements and hoist design, in order to achieve the continuity of operations of the tea.
