摘 要
機(jī)械工業(yè)的生產(chǎn)水平是一個(gè)國(guó)家現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)水平的主要標(biāo)志之一。而總體看來(lái)我國(guó)的生產(chǎn)力水平較低,技術(shù)不發(fā)達(dá)。機(jī)械裝備加工精度和范圍都與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家有很大差距。我國(guó)有一大批設(shè)備與現(xiàn)代技術(shù)的要求相比都顯得太老化,而加工范圍也沒(méi)法達(dá)到。怎樣在節(jié)約成本的基礎(chǔ)上盡可能的提高現(xiàn)有設(shè)備的利用率,成為制約我國(guó)工業(yè)水平的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。在這個(gè)技術(shù)前提下,機(jī)器改裝技術(shù)成為了解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題的一個(gè)有效的方法。
隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,即使原來(lái)屬于先進(jìn)的機(jī)床也會(huì)變得陳舊、落后,滿(mǎn)足不了產(chǎn)品種類(lèi)日益增加和質(zhì)量不斷提高的需要,因此有必要以現(xiàn)有的機(jī)床為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)機(jī)床的使用工藝和裝備進(jìn)行革新,對(duì)機(jī)床的現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改裝。這樣既可以使現(xiàn)有機(jī)床的加工能力得以提高,同時(shí)又能節(jié)約新機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)時(shí)間,可以得到許多意想不到得效果。
在對(duì)機(jī)床的現(xiàn)有結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改裝,對(duì)機(jī)床的使用工藝和裝備進(jìn)行革新的過(guò)程中,并不是一味的追求先進(jìn),而應(yīng)該力爭(zhēng)改裝方案合理,結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單巧妙,經(jīng)濟(jì)效果好.
這樣因地制宜的巧改機(jī)床,不僅造價(jià)低,上馬快,是彌補(bǔ)設(shè)備不足和不配套的好辦法,也是解決設(shè)備“技術(shù)老化”問(wèn)題的重要途徑.

Abstract
The mechanical industry production level is one of national modernization level main symbols. But the overall looked like our country the productive forces level is lower, the technology is not developed. The machinery equipment processing precision and the scope all have the very big disparity with the developed country. Our country has large quantities of equipment and the modern technologies request compares all appears too gets older, but processes the scope also to have no way to achieve. How in saves the cost in the foundation the as far as possible enhancement existing equipment use factor, becomes restricts our country industry level unimportant question. Under this technical premise, the machine equipped the technology to become has solved a question effective method.
Along with science and technology development, even if originally belongs to the advanced engine bed also to be able to change absolutely, is backward, could not satisfy the product type can crease the need day by day which and the quality unceasingly enhanced, therefore had the necessity take the existing engine bed as the foundation, carried on the innovation to the engine bed use crafted the equipment, carried on the equipment to the engine bed existing structure. Like this both may enable the existing engine bed the processing ability to enhance, simultaneously and can save the new engine bed design research and development time, may obtain many unexpected effect.
In carries on the equipment to the engine bed existing structure carries on the innovation to the engine bed use craft and the equipment in the process, certainly is not the constantly pursue advanced, but should argue vigorously the equipment plan reasonably structure simple ingenious, the economic effect is good .
