摘要
機(jī)械系統(tǒng)是機(jī)械零、部件同作用的整體,是零、部件服務(wù)的目標(biāo)。本次設(shè)計(jì)從分析機(jī)械系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的任務(wù)和目標(biāo)開(kāi)始,介紹機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的組成,各組成部分之間的配置,選擇和結(jié)構(gòu)匹配性設(shè)計(jì),以及進(jìn)行機(jī)械系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)該考慮哪些問(wèn)題,目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生多樣性設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新和整體設(shè)計(jì)的能力。
本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是珩磨機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),其主要包括主軸箱,珩磨頭,主軸等設(shè)計(jì)。珩磨是一種低速磨削,是機(jī)械制造業(yè)中缸孔光整加工的常用工藝手段。
在論文中首先對(duì)磨削技術(shù)做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,然后多珩齒機(jī)的原理做了簡(jiǎn)單介紹,接著對(duì)珩齒機(jī)的部件組成進(jìn)行了尺寸計(jì)算和校核。該設(shè)計(jì)代表了珩齒機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的一般過(guò)程。
珩磨機(jī)床作為復(fù)雜的生產(chǎn)工具,最根本的是加工工藝與主機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)布局設(shè)計(jì),而各種新工藝,新材料,新元件,新刀具,新控制系統(tǒng)等也將運(yùn)用在珩磨機(jī)床上,未來(lái)的珩磨機(jī)床的加工精度會(huì)更高,加工效率更快,加工范圍更廣泛。

A mechanical system is a synergistic collection of machine elements,and designing a mechanical system is the final goal in studying machine design . This paper starts with the analyses of tasks and objectives in designing a menchanical system , followed by its composition. Selection and compatibility of menchanical units , and the main considerations in designing a system . The purpose of this paper is to help the undergraduates to learn skills of diversified design, creative design and systematic design .
