摩托車氣缸體壓鑄模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:壓鑄是制造業(yè)的一種工藝,能夠成型復(fù)雜的高精度的金屬制品,多用于汽車制造,機(jī)械制造等。本課題是對鋁殼體進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)并分析加工工藝。
本模具考慮到年產(chǎn)量、工廠的設(shè)備及鑄件的精度要求,選擇一模一腔結(jié)構(gòu)。以制品的最大端面為分型面,使制品順利脫模。制品上還有散熱片,須進(jìn)行側(cè)向抽芯。為了使動、定模能夠準(zhǔn)確地動作, 導(dǎo)向定位機(jī)構(gòu)利用導(dǎo)柱與導(dǎo)套的配合。頂出機(jī)構(gòu)是推桿推出的一次脫出機(jī)構(gòu)??紤]到零件的位置關(guān)系,冷卻水道采用循環(huán)式分布,以便冷卻均勻、快速。
采用Pro/Engineer、AutoCad來實(shí)現(xiàn)鋁殼體的三維設(shè)計(jì)及模具成型零件設(shè)計(jì)。分析制件的成型質(zhì)量和完成分型面的設(shè)計(jì),再采用EMX組件來實(shí)現(xiàn)模架的裝配,并在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及模具裝配過程中,輔助以必要的理論計(jì)算,將數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與理論計(jì)算結(jié)合起來,可以大大縮短產(chǎn)品研發(fā)周期、模具設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及模具設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性、產(chǎn)品成型質(zhì)量,降低產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、模具設(shè)計(jì)成本。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中制定了合理的工藝方案,滿足了大批量生產(chǎn)要求。同時,還編制了詳細(xì)的工藝文件來保證模具的順利加工及制品的生產(chǎn)。

Design of Die Casting Mould for Motor Cylinder
Abstract:Die-casting is a manufacturing process,it can mold the complex and high accurate metal product, it used in automobile manufacturing, machinery manufacturing and so on. The subject is about the design of Aluminum shell mold and process analysis.
Considering the annual output,the equipmen of the factory and the requirement of precision of the plastic product,one cavities in a mould. The largest surface of the goods was choosed as the parting line to make goods by demold successfully. The products have heat sink,so it need lateral core pulling.Suspension and Positioning mechanism use matched guide pillar and guide sleeve to make movable mould, fixed mould to work accurately. The knockouts uses one ejecting mechanism that lifter pushes out. By the relation of the position of each part,cooling channels are designed to straight channels to cool effectively, quickly.
Using Pro / Engineer, AutoCad to achieve three-dimensional design and aluminum body design molding parts.Analysis of the forming workpiece surface quality and the completion of the design points, and then use EMX components to achieve mold assembly, and product design and mold assembly process, assisted with the necessary theoretical calculation, the calculation of digital design and integrationtogether, can greatly shorten the product development cycle, mold design cycle and improve product design and mold design and the accuracy of the molding quality, lower product development, mold design cost.In the design process to develop a reasonable process solutions to meet the high volume production requirements.At the same time, also developed a detailed process documentation to ensure smooth processing and products of mold production.
