摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)從下達(dá)任務(wù)起,經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和查閱文獻(xiàn)資料入手,歷經(jīng)三個(gè)月的時(shí)間完成。在設(shè)計(jì)中,首先根據(jù)課題所要求的技術(shù)參數(shù)確定機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)中所需要的參數(shù),即原動(dòng)機(jī)的功率、機(jī)床主軸箱的轉(zhuǎn)速數(shù)列公比;然后確定機(jī)床主軸箱的主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),擬訂機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)速圖;查資料,根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)速圖確定機(jī)床內(nèi)的各個(gè)主要零件的計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)速,根據(jù)計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)速確定各級(jí)傳動(dòng)的傳動(dòng)比,根據(jù)傳動(dòng)比來(lái)確定各級(jí)傳動(dòng)的齒輪配合的齒輪齒數(shù)。根據(jù)機(jī)床主軸箱的傳動(dòng)鏈來(lái)計(jì)算各級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速的實(shí)際值與理論值之間的誤差。在設(shè)計(jì)中主要是要計(jì)算主軸箱里各個(gè)零件的選用是否滿足要求以及原動(dòng)機(jī)與主軸箱間的動(dòng)力傳遞裝置的計(jì)算。主軸箱的計(jì)算包括摩擦離合器的校核、齒輪的校核、軸的校核、軸承的校核、鍵的校核、主軸的校核計(jì)算等。原動(dòng)機(jī)與主軸箱的動(dòng)力傳遞采用的是帶傳動(dòng)裝置。最后根據(jù)資料和參考同類機(jī)床來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算機(jī)床的電氣和液壓系統(tǒng),并繪制其原理圖。

ABSTRACT
This design from descend to reach mission to rise, investigate and check cultural heritage data to commence through the spot, experience successively time to complete for three month. In the design, first according to the technique parameter requested by topic assurance the tool machine design in the parameter needed, namely the power, tool machine principal axis box of prime mover turn soon few rows Mr. a ratio; Then make sure a tool machine principal axis the lord of the box to spread to move system structure, draw up the structure net of tool machine and turn soon diagram; Check data, turn soon according to the calculation of each main spare parts turned soon diagram an assurance inside tool machine, turn soon certain all levels and spread and spread and move a ratio dynamically according to the calculation, according to spread and move ratio and spread number of teeth that the dynamic wheel gear matches with a number to the certain all levels. According to tool machine principal axis box the error margin of which spread to move a chain to compute all levels to turn soon actual value and theories value. At mainly need to compute a principal axis box to choose to use in each spare parts in the design whether satisfy to request and prime mover and principal axis box of the motive deliver the calculation of device. The calculation of principal axis box includes the school of the school pit, principal axis of the school pit, key of the school pit, bearings of the school pit, stalk of school pit, wheel gear of rubbing the clutch to calculate calculate etc.The motive of the prime mover and principal axis box's delivering taking to spread to move device is adoptive. Finally according to data and make reference to the same kind tool machine to design electricity and liquid of computing the tool machine to press system, and draw its principle diagram.

摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)從下達(dá)任務(wù)起,經(jīng)過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查和查閱文獻(xiàn)資料入手,歷經(jīng)三個(gè)月的時(shí)間完成。在設(shè)計(jì)中,首先根據(jù)課題所要求的技術(shù)參數(shù)確定機(jī)床設(shè)計(jì)中所需要的參數(shù),即原動(dòng)機(jī)的功率、機(jī)床主軸箱的轉(zhuǎn)速數(shù)列公比;然后確定機(jī)床主軸箱的主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),擬訂機(jī)床的結(jié)構(gòu)網(wǎng)和轉(zhuǎn)速圖;查資料,根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)速圖確定機(jī)床內(nèi)的各個(gè)主要零件的計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)速,根據(jù)計(jì)算轉(zhuǎn)速確定各級(jí)傳動(dòng)的傳動(dòng)比,根據(jù)傳動(dòng)比來(lái)確定各級(jí)傳動(dòng)的齒輪配合的齒輪齒數(shù)。根據(jù)機(jī)床主軸箱的傳動(dòng)鏈來(lái)計(jì)算各級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)速的實(shí)際值與理論值之間的誤差。在設(shè)計(jì)中主要是要計(jì)算主軸箱里各個(gè)零件的選用是否滿足要求以及原動(dòng)機(jī)與主軸箱間的動(dòng)力傳遞裝置的計(jì)算。主軸箱的計(jì)算包括摩擦離合器的校核、齒輪的校核、軸的校核、軸承的校核、鍵的校核、主軸的校核計(jì)算等。原動(dòng)機(jī)與主軸箱的動(dòng)力傳遞采用的是帶傳動(dòng)裝置。最后根據(jù)資料和參考同類機(jī)床來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算機(jī)床的電氣和液壓系統(tǒng),并繪制其原理圖。
