風(fēng)扇后蓋注塑模具設(shè)計
摘 要: 為了完成風(fēng)扇后蓋注塑模設(shè)計,本文分析了風(fēng)扇后蓋的工藝特點和工藝要求,并說明了模具工作原理。
在注塑模具中,分型面的設(shè)計將直接影響模具的復(fù)雜程度和制造成本,并對產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響。通過對風(fēng)扇后蓋的結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝性分析,比較詳細地論述了風(fēng)扇后蓋注塑模具分型面的設(shè)計考慮因素。從制件和所用原材料分析入手,探討了風(fēng)扇后蓋的注射成型工藝,進行了型腔和型芯的尺寸計算與強度計算。根據(jù)模具的加工性和塑料成型的工藝性要求,對注射成型塑料零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的工藝性結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要點進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述。論述了模具的型腔布置、分型面選擇、澆注系統(tǒng)、成型零部件、頂出與復(fù)位機構(gòu)及冷卻系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計特點,成功實現(xiàn)了模具的成型。
根據(jù)注塑模具零件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計的結(jié)果,對其加工工藝分析,擬定其加工工藝方案,確定各零件的加工工藝過程。考慮到零件的尺寸及精度要求,從選取模具材料出發(fā),合理安排每個零件加工的先后順序,保證能生產(chǎn)出合格的零件。通過本次設(shè)計,我了解了模具的工作原理及模具主要零件的相互關(guān)系,并且對注塑模具設(shè)計的全過程有了更加深刻的認識。

The design of fan-back injecting mould and simulation processing whit the cavity
Abstract: In order to complete the fan-back mold design, this article has analyzed the fan-back's craft characteristic and the technological requirement, and explained the mold principle of work.
In the injection mold, the design of parting surface will directly influence the complexity and manufacturing cost, and the product quality. Based on the structure and manufaturability analysing in detail, it discusses the parting surface design considerations of the fan-back injection mold. From the analysis of the raw material and manufacturing, It is discussed in detail the considerations of the parting surface design of fan-back of the injection mold.According to the processing manufaturability of the mould and the plastic molding technology requirements for injection molding, It is the core of the cavity and size calculation and strength calculation. Discusses the mold cavity layout, parting surface, gating system, forming parts, ejector and reset and cooling system, the success has realized mold's formation.
According to the injection mold components structural design's result, we study its processing process ,and draw up its processing craft plan, determines various components the processing technological process. Considered the components the size and the accuracy requirement, embark from the selection mold material, the possible arrangement each components processing's order successively, It guaranteed that can produce the qualified components. Through this design, I have understood mold's principle of work and the mold major parts reciprocity, and had a more profound understanding to the injection mold design's entire process.

The design of fan-back injecting mould and simulation processing whit the cavity
