基于TCP/IP的分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

摘要
近年來，隨著信息和網(wǎng)絡(luò)際人工智能技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步，監(jiān)控已經(jīng)不再是原來意義上的簡單監(jiān)視和錄像了。市場要求不斷提高，對監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性、有效性和方便性提出了更高要求，網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)是目前監(jiān)控行業(yè)的主流。
網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)要求與信息管理系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)對大量視頻數(shù)據(jù)的壓縮存儲、傳輸和自動處理，從而達(dá)到資源共享，為各級管理人員和決策者提供方便、快捷、有效的服務(wù)。
為了順應(yīng)這一市場需求，我們同濟(jì)大學(xué)電信學(xué)院的幾位同學(xué)在己有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，致力于網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的研究開發(fā)。
本文著重論述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的整個系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)架。本系統(tǒng)研究的目的是開發(fā)一套功能完備、安全可靠、通用性強(qiáng)的能夠滿足現(xiàn)代化管理的網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。通過對關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究實現(xiàn)，使系統(tǒng)不僅具備傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的功能，而且具備以下特性：1、多路同時監(jiān)控；2、1-4-8-16屏輪循播放；3、遠(yuǎn)段即時訪問及控制；4、智能自動報警，自動錄像；5、電腦托管數(shù)據(jù)自動處理。
隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬性能的不斷提高，編碼壓縮機(jī)制的不斷改進(jìn)，各種網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸體系的成熟，相信網(wǎng)絡(luò)多媒體監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)一定能夠滿足更多高科技領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。

Abstract
Recently, with the high speed development of information technology, Monitor-Control System is not only used for stakeout and recording, but also for alarming, tracing, character identification and so on. As the requirement of people is improving acutely, higher demands about veracity, validity and convenience of Remote Monitor-Control System are put forward. Remote Monitor-Control System, which is used in the network system, is becoming the main trend product.
Remote Monitor-Control System call for combination of Information-Manage System and Network System, so that it can share resource and provide convenient, speed and high-effective service for manage.
In order to go with the current, on the basement of research findings we got before, now we are working on the study of Remote Monitor-Control System with great interest.
This paper mainly introduces the compose of the Remote Monitor-Control System. The main purpose of the researchment of the system is to design such developing intrface with complete function, safety and high currency so that it can meet the need of management of various modern enterprises and many sections. Through the study of the main technology of the system, we want the system not only has the generic function, but also own the following characters: 1. Multi-route monitor-control& multi-route record at same time; 2. 1-4-8-16 pictures shift-display; 3. Current and remote control at same time; 4. auto-alarm&auto-record; 5. computer auto-duty and so no.
Because of the improvement of the quality of the Network, the developing of the coding-decoding arithmetic and the growing of several of transformation system of the Internet, we believe that Remote Monitor-Control System must be widely used in the society.
