【英文摘要】 The repaid development of electronic commerce reveals that our domestic logistic--practice is still in a backward state. Logistics has been a problem that needs to resolve as soon aspossible. This article tries to analyze the logistics management with electronic commerce anddiscuss how to choose a fitt model of logistics.
