摘要： 修船企業(yè)相對(duì)一般流水線企業(yè)而言是一個(gè)非常特殊的行業(yè)，經(jīng)營生產(chǎn)上的特殊性也帶來了管理上的特殊性。該行業(yè)的特殊性表現(xiàn)在：
一、修船企業(yè)中經(jīng)營和生產(chǎn)是緊緊地聯(lián)系在一起的，
二、生產(chǎn)工程量難以預(yù)測。 修船企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的管理目標(biāo)有兩個(gè)：一是明知即隨時(shí)隨地明確地知道當(dāng)前企業(yè)的狀態(tài)。二是預(yù)知，即隨時(shí)隨地根據(jù)已知工程量預(yù)測近期的人力需求、物料需求、設(shè)備需求、資金需求 修船企業(yè)的ERP系統(tǒng)可分為五個(gè)部分：
一、公文流 。
二、工程流。
三、物資流 。
四、資金流。
五、人力流
Abstract: Comparing with other streamline enterprise, shipping repairmen enterprise has its unique specialty in commerce and management .Two aspects can illustrate this specialty: first, production is tightly bonded with the commerce, second, it is difficult to speculate the demand of engineering. One of management objective in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system in shipping repairman enterprise is acknowledge of the production capacity and cost of enterprise, the other is setting up effective plan in material demand, manpower demand, equipment demand and so on. The ERP sys tem in shipping repairmen enterprise can be designed including several sub systems. Such as systems of File Stream, Engineering Stream, Material Stream, Cast Stream, Manpower Stream, etc.
