摘 要
對(duì)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),人、物資、能源、資金、信息是5大重要資源。人、物資、能源、資金這些都是可見(jiàn)的有形資源,而信息是一種無(wú)形的資源。以前人們比較看重有形的資源,進(jìn)入信息社會(huì)和知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代以后,信息資源就顯得日益重要。因?yàn)樾畔①Y源決定了如何更有效地利用物資資源。信息資源是人類與自然的斗爭(zhēng)中得出的知識(shí)結(jié)晶,掌握了信息資源,就可以更好地利用有形資源,使有形資源發(fā)揮更好的效益。
在公司內(nèi)部有許多員工會(huì)集合起來(lái)一起去買一些促銷且質(zhì)量好的商品,這時(shí)就會(huì)有人向員工發(fā)送郵件,郵件內(nèi)容主要是商品的簡(jiǎn)介,但是這樣如果商品非常繁多,而且購(gòu)買員工數(shù)量較大的時(shí)候?qū)π畔⒌挠涗浺约敖疱X的計(jì)算和收取都會(huì)成為一項(xiàng)難題,同時(shí)在分發(fā)商品的時(shí)候也會(huì)很混亂,導(dǎo)致公司內(nèi)部無(wú)秩序。針對(duì)此種情況,我開(kāi)發(fā)了此項(xiàng)目,主要為了方便對(duì)員工購(gòu)買商品,數(shù)量以及金錢方面的統(tǒng)計(jì),更好的服務(wù)于每一個(gè)員工,讓員工在購(gòu)買商品的時(shí)候會(huì)有保障,這樣既保證了員工的切身利益,也維護(hù)了公司的正常工作。

Abstract
For companies, people, material, energy, capital, information is the 5 most important resources. People, material, energy and money, all of these are visible physical resources, and information is an intangible resource. People used to think much tangible resources, after entering the information society and knowledge economy era, information resource becomes increasingly important. Because the information determines how to more effective use of material resources. Information resources is the human and the nature of that knowledge of crystallization of the struggle to master the information resources, can better use of tangible resources, make the tangible resources play a better benefit.
Within the company has many employees will go together to buy some promotion and good quality goods, then someone will send E-mail to employees, and email content mainly is the summary of goods, but if such goods are very various, and the purchasing staff to record of information quantity is larger, and the calculation and collection of money will become a difficult problem, at the time of distribution of goods at the same time also will be very confusion, lead to internal disorder. With this case, I developed the project, mainly for the convenience for employees to purchase goods, quantity and money, a better service to every employees, let staff will have a guarantee, when buying goods already so ensure the vital interests of employees, also maintain the normal work of the company.
