摘 要
該論文對勤工助學(xué)管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)和實際過程作了詳細的描述，著重介紹了系統(tǒng)的各方面的功能、流程及使用情況。它包括動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)庫連接模塊、查詢組件模塊、登陸模塊、用戶管理模塊、誠信檔案管理模塊、貧困生管理模塊、勤工助學(xué)人才庫管理模塊、合作公司管理模塊、勤工助學(xué)信息管理模塊、學(xué)生工作信息管理模塊幾個方面的內(nèi)容。該系統(tǒng)具有直觀的界面，良好的安全性和可擴展性，基本上滿足了用戶的需求。對于ADO數(shù)據(jù)庫解決方案以及Delphi的特點也做了相應(yīng)的闡述。

Abstract
This thesis to take a part-time job while studying at school development and actual course of administrative system make detailed description, and has introduced the function, procedure and operating position of various fields of the system emphatically. It includes dynamic database joined module , landing module , users managing module , sincere module for managing files, the poor student managing module ,the industrious labor to study for ingenious managing module , cooperative venture managing module , take a part-time job while studying at school information managing module , student working information managing module several content of. This system has ocular interfaces, good security and expansibility, has met user's demands basically. Also have made corresponding exposition to the characteristics of ADO database solution and Delphi
