摘 要
本掛膠機(jī)主要用于往紙張定厚涂膠并烘干。其主要功能部件包括掛膠部分、張力控制部分、傳動(dòng)部分和烘房?？杉庸ぜ垙埖膶挾确秶?50-350mm。烘箱溫度可根據(jù)紙張要求在0-300攝氏度范圍內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)。工作原理是由電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的驅(qū)動(dòng)輥輸送紙張進(jìn)行作業(yè)，并由張力控制系統(tǒng)來確保恒張力，以免紙張由于張力變化而拉斷。烘箱利用電熱管發(fā)熱產(chǎn)生熱量，再用風(fēng)機(jī)吹風(fēng)，把熱風(fēng)吹向紙張?jiān)跓峤粨Q作用下使紙張烘干。

This coating machine is mainly used to coating constant thickness glue and baking paper. Coat section, tension control section, transmitting section and baking section are the main function parts. The paper range is 250 to 350mm. The temperature according to the papers’ condition can be regulated in the range of 0 to 300℃. The paper is sent by the drive rolling that driven by the electric motor, and keeping constant tension by the tension controlling system to avoid the paper split. The hot air is heated by the electro thermal tube, and sent to paper by the blower, then drying the paper by heat exchange.
