摘 要

分析了定位板零件的藝特點(diǎn)及零件的檢驗(yàn)要求,設(shè)計(jì)了l副將彎擠兩遞工序合為一道的彎曲模,滿足生產(chǎn)需要。
彎曲工藝的基本運(yùn)動(dòng)是卸料板先與板料接觸并壓死,凸模下降至與板料接觸,并繼續(xù)下降進(jìn)入凹模,凸、凹模及板料產(chǎn)生相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng),導(dǎo)致板料變形折彎,然后凸、凹模分開,彎曲凹模上的頂桿(或滑塊)把彎曲邊推出,完成彎曲運(yùn)動(dòng)。卸料板及頂桿的運(yùn)動(dòng)是非常關(guān)鍵的,為了保證彎曲的質(zhì)量或生產(chǎn)效率,必須首先控制卸料板的運(yùn)動(dòng),讓它先于凸模與板料接觸,并且壓料力一定要足夠,否則彎曲件尺寸精度差,平面度不良;其次,應(yīng)確保頂桿力足夠,以使它順利地把彎曲件推出,否則彎曲件變形,生產(chǎn)效率低。對(duì)于精度要求較高的彎曲件,應(yīng)特別注意一點(diǎn),最好在彎曲運(yùn)動(dòng)中,要有一個(gè)運(yùn)動(dòng)死點(diǎn),即所有相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)件能夠碰死。
介紹了彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意的要點(diǎn),并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā),對(duì)凸模的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算,以確定各工作零件的尺寸,從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述,并應(yīng)用CAD進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。
最后結(jié)合有限元模擬技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)處理的線性回歸技術(shù),建立了高強(qiáng)度板形件回彈的預(yù)測(cè)模型,并用生產(chǎn)中的零件給預(yù)測(cè)模型以驗(yàn)證,證明預(yù)測(cè)模型可以有效的對(duì)回彈進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),結(jié)合預(yù)測(cè)模型給出了回彈控制的模具結(jié)構(gòu)。

ABSTRACT

It analyzed the processing characteristics and checking request of orientation board. A bending die that combines bending and extruding process was designed according to the producing request.
Bending process is the stripper plate before the basic movement and the sheet metal contacts and crushed, reduced to the punch and the sheet metal contacts and to continue to fall into the matrix, convex and concave molds and sheet metal production relative motion, leading to deformation of folded sheet bend, then convex, concave mold to separate the mandrill bending matrix (or slider) to launch bending side to complete the bending movement. Stripper plate and kicker pin movements is critical in order to ensure the quality or production efficiency curve, we must first control the discharge plate movement, it preceded the punch and the sheet metal contacts, and press material force must be sufficient otherwise the bending part dimensional accuracy is poor, poor flatness; Second, should ensure adequate plunger force in order to make it a smooth introduction of the curved pieces, or bending pieces of deformation, low production efficiency. For high precision bending parts, special attention should be that the best bending movement, a movement to have dead spots that can touch all the relevant structural parts dead.
The critical points of mold for bending design are introduced, and the adjustable character of molding structure、exchange character as well as the molding costs are all considered farther. Starting from controlling dimensional accuracy, the carry the cover to the main dimensions of punch are carried out so as to determine the size of different parts, the molding design and the process of parts as well as assembling process and etc of bending molding are stated in details.
Fainly,established the spring back prediction model about the high strength steel shape by using finite element simulation technology and the data processing linear return technology.And confirmed prediction model with the production components.The results proves the prediction model may be effective forecast the tendency of Spring back,and the control method of spring back has been introduced combine with prediction model.
